HOW CAN I REGISTER TO ATTEND SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPO 2017?

Fill out this form and you will be kept up to date with all the news from the industry and what to expect from the event in June 2017!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VISITOR BADGE?

Service Management Expo 2017 is an environmentally friendly show and we will not be mailing out badges in advance of the show. You can print it out on-site providing you bring your unique reference number, which you will be given upon completion of the registration form.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DETAILS ON MY BADGE ARE INCORRECT?

At any time, you can access your details following the registration link from the home page and using your unique reference number, amend your own details. Otherwise, when you arrive onsite at Service Management Expo 2017 the staff on the badge query desk in the registration area can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY BADGE WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE SHOW?

Just go to the registration desk at the entrance and give the staff your name. They will locate your details on our database and issue you with a new badge.

HOW CAN I REGISTER MY COLLEAGUES?

Your colleagues will need to register online ahead of the show in order to guarantee free entry onsite. They will be kept up to date with the latest news from Service Management Expo to ensure they get the most out of their time at the event.

AS A VISITOR TO SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXPO 2016, DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ANY OTHER CO-LOCATED SHOWS?

Yes, your badge for Service Management Expo 2017 will enable you access to the rest of the shows that form Protection and Management Series:

CAN I REGISTER WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE EXHIBITION?

You are welcome to register at the event but to save time when you arrive, we suggest you register before you attend.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY E-BADGE BEFORE THE SHOW?

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your e-badge in advance of the show, don’t worry. You can speak to one of the registration team on-site and they will print out a badge for you.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES?

Service Management Expo opens at 10am daily

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Parking at ExCel in the orange undercroft car park and the east car park is £20 per day. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car is £15 per day. From Tuesday 28th February an online booking platform will be available at www.excel.london

Daily parking charges for other vehicles are as below:

  • £20 for minibuses/vans up to 3.5T
  • £30 for coaches
  • £35 for lorries/vehicles over 3.5T
  • Free for motorcycles

CAN I BRING CHILDREN?

As Service Management Expo 2017 is a trade event, children under 16 are not permitted to attend the exhibition. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry into the exhibition.

I AM A STUDENT, AM I ABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT?

WHERE CAN I EAT?

Refreshments are available from a number of cafés and bars throughout the main concourse at ExCeL and within the exhibition halls, which offer anything from a quick drink to a more substantial meal.
