How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?

The Exhibitor Technical Manual is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password that will be sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'.

When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

In the interest of sustainability, badges will not be mailed out prior to the event - they can be obtained onsite from the registration area from the afternoon of 20th June onwards.

How do I access the PR and Marketing guide?

It is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone. To request your password (if you have not yet received it), please contact Poppy Roadnight, login using the password sent to you and click on the link 'PR & Marketing Guide'.

I would like some help with marketing & PR in the run up to the show. What can I do?

Please look at the 'Comprehensive Marketing & PR Campaign' for an overview of what is available or contact us for further information.

How do I create my own page on Service Management Expo website?

Our website attracts a high volume of visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email.

Am I entitled to an entry in the Official Service Management Expo 2017 show Guide?

Yes, as an exhibitor at Service Management Expo your registration fee covers the cost of your official Show Guide entry, which is distributed free of charge to all visitors. Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.

Can I submit press releases to appear on Service Management Expo website?

Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to our Marketing assistant Luke Short via email; luke.short@ubm.com

What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

Who do I contact about building my stand?

What are the 2017 show opening times?

Service Management Expo opens at 10am daily

Thursday                      22 June 2017       10:00 hrs - 16:00 hrs


Is there parking at the venue?

Parking at ExCel in the orange undercroft car park and the east car park is £20 per day. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car is £15 per day. From Tuesday 28th February an online booking platform will be available at www.excel.london

Daily parking charges for other vehicles are as below:

  • £20 for minibuses/vans up to 3.5T
  • £30 for coaches
  • £35 for lorries/vehicles over 3.5T
  • Free for motorcycles
